If you complete the enquiry form on our contact page, we collect the name, email address, company or role (if you give one) and the message you write. We collect nothing else through this site — there are no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.
We use these details for one purpose only: to reply to your enquiry and, if it leads to a conversation, to correspond with you about it. We do not sell your details, share them with third parties for marketing, or add you to a mailing list. Enquiries are retained only as long as they remain relevant to our correspondence with you, and are deleted on request.
Enquiries are stored in Google Cloud Firestore, in Google's asia-south1 (Mumbai) region, and are readable only by CoachCEO administrators signed in with an authorised account. This website is hosted on Google Firebase Hosting.

Assessment, psychometric and 360-degree feedback data gathered during a client engagement is governed by the contract with that client organisation, not by this notice. Such data is never collected through this website.
