Ram designs and delivers Assessment and Development Center programs for organizations. For organizations that have a formal, written and socialized competency framework, we work within their framework to assess and give feedback to participants. For those without one, we work with them to identify and develop a framework, and then assess their employees against it.
Ram, with his team of assessors, delivers professional, objective and insightful feedback to participants, and conducts an organizational-level debrief for senior leadership on how to take the results forward in terms of execution.
The logical extension of every assessment or development center is helping participants build their Individual Development Plans (IDPs) — concrete steps to unlearn and learn new behaviours that make them more effective and successful in their roles.
